My birthday present arrived today! I've wanted a digital SLR forever and decided that's what I was getting for my birthday. So thanks to all the contributors to my birthday present I love it! I got my battery all charged and went out and started taking pics of the boys on the trampoline. I'm so excited about it....now I just need to read about all the good stuff that makes it so you can take pics in something other than just auto mode. Although I'm pretty happy with that as well. After lots of research and keeping my budget in mind (I am getting better at that part!) I went with a Nikon D40 because I could get a few extras with it for the price. So here's one of the photos I got tonight of Ty.

Congrats on the Digital SLR Sheridawn ! I Just got one a couple weeks ago too, i got the Canon Rebel XTI , dont you just LOVE having a real camera , i love it ! Great photos !!!!
