Last weekend we went to Lake Powell with all the Neilsons. It was a lot of fun and thankfully not too hot. For the first time ever I almost like our boat. It was really nice to sleep in and keep the babies in the front during the hot part of the day. Tyler and Jesse knee boarded and rode on the tube. Josh, Kurt, Crystal and Jade tried to kill eachother on the tube and thanks to an awesome waterproof camera I have some video to share with you all if I can figure out how to edit it. Then Josh tried to kill Crystal which I also have some footage of. Luckily we all made it out alive.

Tracen's one trip into the water
Josh has decided on a good name for the boat "Buena de lejos" which I'm told means good from a far. It does look pretty cool. We were laughing because someone on a houseboat actually took a picture of it lol. It ran good though so I guess all the work we've had to put into it was worth it. We did joke, though, that if the boat were to catch on fire we were just going to let it burn and sink to the bottom. It didn't do that, but not to worry we weren't without incident. On the way home one of the hubs/bearings/whatever went out on the trailer. Kaylynn has some great pictures of all the guys huddled around the tire looking at it. Jade (who pulled out boat...thanks!) limped back to Kaylynn's sisters in Glendale and they went back the next day, fixed it and brought it home.

So fun! I'm not a huge water person, but Lake Powell is so dang pretty! I love it there!
Powell looked so fun! I can't believe how big Tracen is! And I thought my babies were big at their 4 month check up. Oh and how sweet are your boys to be your secret admirer or atmirter or however they spelled it :)
