Josh was trying to get Jesse to clean up the family room (and hall) because Grandma and Grandpa were coming over. The family room was clean but the hall was still a mess. When Jesse cleans up he dumps everything that belongs in his room in the hall. His excuse is that Tracen was sleeping, even if he wasn't.
Josh-Clean up your stuff in the hall, Grandma will be able to see the hall when she comes.
Jesse-I'll just shove it all in my room and shut the door, k?
Interestingly enough, Josh didn't argue. But since I wasn't in charge I didn't intervene.
