Every year my mom and I go to a quilt retreat in Cedar City together. Well after my dad was in the hospital and still not feeling awesome mom decided she'd better stay home this year. So I called up Heidi. The conversation went something like this.....
Me "Hey Heidi....do you quilt?"
Heidi "Um no"
Me "you want to?"
She was a good friend. She said yes :) She bought the material and we stayed up half the night the night before cutting it out. We sent this picture to my mom the next day during the class. We were our awesome obnoxious selves in a room full of old ladies quilting. Hey we were the fun corner. We even snuck in contraband.....treats and drinks. Apparently this year you weren't supposed to have those. We had FUN! Thanks Heidi, you're the bestest.
