99 bottles of pears on the wall

99 bottles of pears, take one down pass it around................ and tomatoes, and peppers, and peas, and stuff.

Yes that's a sled holding those veggies :)
In between my so-called days off where I actually went to work instead, I've been bottling and freezing. I really like bottling actually, but it's a lot harder this year with my little tag along getting into everything! I bet Tracen ate 5 pears during the day at least, he loved them. He'd climb up on the chair and try to eat what I was cutting off, or he'd hold out his had and yell at me until I gave him a piece. He's so stinking cute.......and sticky.
So this week I did pears, tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapenos, chile peppers...oh and check out those two ginormous carrots Jesse dug up! They are huge! I still need to go out and do peas, probably beans, carrots, beets and who knows what else. The corn is almost ready too!
If you know anyone who wants eggplant, send them my way. The kids wont eat it and really it's only good to me if you deep fry it in something breaded and it's not good for you so I'm trying to stay away from that :)
