New Years Eve

Originally my plans for New Years Eve included going with Josh to the SUU basketball game and then going to sleep.  But Ty had other plans.  He wanted to have a party.  We ended up telling him that if he got the house cleaned up we could invite some people over.  Now clean to me and clean to a 10 year old boy are not the same thing, but since he tried so hard how could I say no?  So we started the night out with the Guymon’s, they came over and we ate and played games.  Tracen was not into sharing with Addi at all!  But the boys had fun playing Rock Band.

Crystal and Kurt decided to come over as well a little later.  We played Apples to Apples and Smooth Moves on the Wii and ate a lot more food.  We stayed up way late.  I couldn’t believe it but Tracen made it until midnight.  See there he is…

Josh was blowing an air horn.  I think he confiscated it at the game :)  I think there were a few fireworks going off they were all looking at.

Shortly after midnight Tracen had a “I'm up too late” meltdown and him and I retired to his room.  But it was a fun night!

My mom and dad came by on their way home New Years Day.  Ty taught them how to play rock band too.  It was kinda funny.
