Peterson reunion and the Gunnison park

Last Saturday we went to my nephew David's baptism (I'm going to have to steal pictures from my mom because I didn't get any!) It was really nice and we had a good time visiting and eating brownies afterward. Rumor has it the water was really cold, and I'm glad I didn't have to find out myself!

Afterward we headed home and to Richfield to stop by at the Peterson family reunion. Having a baby is always interesting when travelling. Tracen decided that it was time to eat and then time to do other things that required a diaper AND clothing change. So we stopped at the park in Gunnison and I sat in the car and fed the baby while Josh played with the boys at the park and took some cute pictures. Then we got on our way again.
We stopped at the reunion in Richfield. Sad to say when we came up on Friday the weather was really nice, however, Saturday it was fairly cold. Um I'm a good mom and only packed myself a jacket :) So everyone else froze their butts off. They had some fun games for the kids. They used a bandaid to put a pin on their nose and then a balloon on their bottoms and they had to pop eachothers balloons.

In the end it was Jesse and the boy in the blue shirt and Jesse got his balloon popped, but it was lots of fun. I'm glad everyone still has their eyes and such. The boys also won some fun prizes during the raffle and we all ate lots of good food. Josh had to be back to work a school function (have you ever seen cowboy action shooters all dressed up....oh, it's good!) so we had to go but the lucky boys went home with Grandma and Grandpa so they got to stay a little longer and find money in cedar shavings. We all had fun.
