32 years baby

Of course I had to find the perfect picture to post....well, he'll be mad at me anyway :) He doesn't even know it yet, because he's not awake but Josh is now officially 32 years old. Ya, he's getting up there! Poor guy didn't even get to do anything fun for his birthday because he takes forever writing a talk for church. Maybe next week. Don't worry he was helping remove these :)

So in honor of his 32 years I decided I'd post 32 things I love about him. I was going to have the kids help, but hey they're home in bed too. Maybe I'll post those later. Ok here we go in no particular order:

1. He does the laundry!


2. He's a great Dad to all of the boys.


3. He teases...me, the kids, his mom, anyone he can basically.


4. He is so cute with Tracen (the other boys too, especially when they were little)


5. He helps the boys with their piano lessons when I'm at work.


6. He doesn't get mad at me when I call him in the middle of the night from work to ask him police or spanish related questions.


7. He feeds the dogs....Hate to do that.


8. He helps with the house cleaning...heck, he probably does more than me most days.


9. He watches the boys while I work all night.


10. He turns into "chef Josh" (that's pronounced "shay") when I work and makes things like chili, pb&J, mac and cheese and other delicious meals....the chili really is good.


11. He likes to joke around


12. He enjoys being outdoors and all the outdoor type activities that go with.


13. He tells me I smell good.


14. He honors his priesthood.


15. He's really good friends with his dad.


16. He gives me hugs.


17. He works hard at a job he enjoys and doesn't complain much.


18. He loves his family.


19. He's very very mellow.


20. He gives me a hard time about my cooking but eats it anyway.


21. He enjoys doing stuff with me.


22. He never (really like never has ever) yells at me


23. He has nice lips :)


24. He pays the bills now but still keeps me involved in the finances.


25. He's WAY more patient than I am.


26. He overthinks everything and I underthink everything so it all works out in the end.


27. When we say prayers together.


28. He works hard at his church jobs no matter how much he complains about it.


29. He always gets buyers remorse, even though this drives me crazy, I also love it about him.


30. He has a black and white sense of right and wrong. Either it's right or it's wrong.


31. He shovels the snow most of the time.


32. He humors me and helps me with all my to do lists for him fixing stuff, working in the yard etc.
