Tracen has been threatening to crawl for some time now. This has been surprising to me because neither of the other boys crawled until they were 9 months old. I just prayed he wouldn't crawl before Christmas. I got my wish, he didn't crawl before then. But for awhile now he's been assuming the stance:
This is hilarious and he does this more than the crawling stance. He's quite proud of himself when he gets into this position. It has several names on is the stink bug.
The other is the push up. Look here perfect push up form :) Down:

He's been doing this for a few weeks. He shakes and rocks and even leapfrogs forward occasionally when he gets enough momentum. But no movement of the legs.....until yesterday that is. I worked until 12:30 Thursday night so when I woke up the rest of the fam was already into the swing of the day. I was greeted by the boys shouting "look mom! Tracen can crawl!" Sure enough he could. Here he is in his crawling glory:BTW, to all of you who are annoyed by my music, which Josh assures me you are (ha ha) I'll be changing it up soon. He did NOT love the Josh Groban Oh Holy Night at Christmas and I don't think he loves the other piano/Josh Groban/relaxing type music I've recently chosen. He can't wait until I get something suitable on the blog :)

Tell JOsh he has no opinion since he doesn't post!! I like Josh Groban, and that is my fave Christmas song of his. I feel you pain with a mobile baby. Now you have to baby proof and keep constant watch. I bet those two older brothers won't think he is so cool now that he can get into thweir stuff. We need to talk paint- I'll call soon!
What a cutie! I love the noises he makes while crawling! Nathan is a total noise maker! hehe :)
Anyways, what should we plan in regards to a family get together? Let me know what your thinking? A part of me kind wants to wait at least a few weeks to a month... the holidays have me BURNT out. Justin gets home Feb 4.. so maybe we could even do it once he is home. Anyways... let me know.
