I love them

Love what? Coupons....yes, I love them. I've done a few versions of couponing and just keep getting more and more into it. Yesterday I spent about $120 on groceries etc and I saved $140 (so worth the $12 I've spent on newspapers so far). I only bought one thing that wasn't on sale, a package of m&m's for Ty (Jesse's tictacs were even on sale) I haven't really saved any money, because I didn't lower my food budget, but I could. Instead I buy stuff I would have never bought before like cereal in a box and frozen pizza. Ya I know it's sad I'm that cheap but I have a personal issue with spending $4 on a box of cereal that will last a day and a half if we all eat it for breakfast. Now I NEVER spend more than $1.50 for a box, and that's stretching it. I only spend that much if I really need cereal.

The boys love it too. They love having the cereal with toys in it (the important stuff here guys) and fruit snacks, and granola bars. All that good stuff they always ask for and I used to say no. Ok well, now they ask for stuff that's not on sale and I say no :)

Yesterday I bought pizza, cereal, granola bars, chicken nuggets, frozen veggies, shampoo, carpet cleaner, and a bunch of other stuff but I wouldn't have bought any of the stuff I listed. Ok now I'm hungry so I'm going to go look for something to eat.

Hey I need a lesson...There are so many people raving about how they save money coupon shopping and I clip coupons but Im not that good at matching them with the adds...So you should have a coupon party and so us all how to save some $$..:)
