I left a few things out, and found out a few new things about Tracen that were noteworthy so I thought I'd post a little addendum :) And of course a photo to go with.
I weighed Tracen at work the other day. Fully clothed he weighs 25 pounds 5 ounces. I love that he has not gained any more weight, I'm not superwoman here. The kid's either got to slow down or learn to walk.
Also Tracen has this annoying little habit. If you place him in his car seat he will remove his socks. I'm not big on shoes with him...not sure why, but I rarely place shoes on his poor little feet. This makes his socks readily available. He doesn't usually bother with them until he gets in his car seat. Today after I took the boys to school I cleaned out his car seat of socks...there were 5. I cleaned out his car seat like 2 days ago and I usually put the socks back on him! The boys think this is hilarious.
Tracen now has 4.5 teeth. I previously thought he had 3, but no. Here's a little side story. When Jesse was a baby he got his teeth in a weird order one bottom, then one top, then the other botton, then the other top then his canine teeth after that he finally go the other 4 front teeth. I thought it was odd, but then his cousin Kole got her teeth in the same order....must be a Neilson thing. So when Tracen got his two bottom teeth I figured we were going to do this in the normal order...nope, just different than everyone else who's abnormal. Tracen has his bottom two teeth and then the top tooth on the right and then the tooth next to that one. His other front tooth is starting to peek through too.
Tracen loves the dogs. He stands at the sliding door and stares at them and says "d" Its so cute.
