4 months

I better hurry and get this posted before Lincoln is 5  months old!

Here is Link at 4 months!  We still think he is so cute!

We took him to the Dr. this past week. He is now 15 lbs 4 oz and like 26 inches long.  That keeps him right around 50% for his weight and 80% for height.  This momma’s arms are grateful that he’s not as big as Tracen was!  And he’s not grateful we went to the Dr.  He was pretty upset at those girls who talked so nice to him and then gave him shots.

The lighting stinks on some of these.  He was right under a window and I didn’t notice the glare until after the pictures were loaded onto the computer.

As you can tell, he is still smiling, bigger than ever.  He is such a fun happy baby.  He does get upset when he’s being ignored though!

Anything he gets his hands on now goes directly into his mouth for a kiss or a good nawing on.  Poor giraffe!DSC_0116

He has learned how to stick out his tongue.  It’s so funny!DSC_0142

He makes the funniest faces

He talks a lot and giggles.  I love to sit and have a little chat with him.  It’s the best!

Who wouldn’t want to have a chat with this cute boy?

He loves to stand up.  Start pulling him up and he straightens out those little legs.  Then he smiles big at this accomplishments.DSC_0156

He does NOT sleep through the night, or anywhere close to it.  He gets up at least twice.  5 times on a bad night.  The Doc gave the green light for sleeping through the night so Josh and I are getting on the same page as far as a schedule goes then we’re going to let him cry a bit.  I may have a come apart, I hate to hear him cry.  However, I also would like a little sleep.DSC_0157

He’s saying “oh dear, she said they’re going to do what?”

This is pretty funny.  He’s figured out those hands might be attached to him.  He gets them out in front of him and will just stare at them.DSC_0165

He has turned into quite the drool monster.  A few hours after getting dressed he’s mostly all wet.  I thought about changing his shirt for these pictures but wet is the way he is most of the time so I figured we’d better document it!  And his shirt was wet in theses too:

I sure love this little boy!  I can’t imagine our family without him.  I’m so grateful that Heavenly Father decided to send him to us, sleep deprived and all.  Soon enough I’ll be sleeping (oops he’ll be sleeping lol) through the night again and I’ll miss him being so little.  So I hope I can enjoy every minute of him being this way!
