Conversation with Tyler

This may be a look into what future conversations with my children might look like.  ugh!

Me:What did you do at scouts today?

Ty:Science

Me: Like what?

Ty:Experiments

Me: Like what?

Ty: With this (holds up a wooden spool)

Me: What did you do with it?

Ty: (explains the experiment)

Me:So did you learn something from it?

Ty: yep

Me: Well, what was it?!?

Ty (explanation)

For real, we weren’t playing 20 questions.  This is totally Josh’s fault.  His whole family uses 1 word answers all the time lol.  You have to poke, prod and pry information out of them!  In my mind the question “What did you do at scouts” requires way more than a one word answer!

My husband is like that too. I feel for you. Makes conversations kind of difficult
