More about Tracen

That boy we have that’s in the silly stage.
Me: Addi’s coming over for dessert tonight.
Tracen “Yay! I like it! I like a party! I get a present? It my burt-day!”

Tracen: Do you want to wick (lick) my toes?
Me:Nope I sure don’t
Tracen “I wike to wick my toes” then he stuck his toes in his mouth.

“K, whatever you say mom!” I say this to him when I can’t figure out what he’s trying to say.

Tracen has found the germ-ex.  He is VERY germ free.  Including his belly…
He’s fairly certain I need to be germ free as well.

“I’m a partner mom!
Tracen is the only person on the planet that I know of that loves burpees.  If we are doing any kind of exercise Tracen thinks it should include burpees.  He will yell at you that you’re not doing burpees right (because you are in fact not doing them at all) If you still don’t comply he will show you how to do them and continue to yell at you like a drill sargeant.   If you don’t know what a burpee is here is a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_Dq_NCzj8M if you still don’t know what the big deal is try a few then you’ll know.

Tracen: Mommy, you are Tracen and and I am Mom.
Me: OK buddy
Tracen: You are my little boy! (giggles)

Tracen: Mom what is that
Me: that’s your dad
Tracen: Is he a monter (monster)
Me: No he’s snoring
Tracen: I fink he’s a monter

When we were attempting to potty train Tracen I would read him a story while he was sitting on the toilet so that he would sit there a little longer and attempt to get his business done.  Now whenever he sees anyone headed for the bathroom he follows right in and offers to read you a story.

Tracen just ran after his brothers all happy and yelling "I coming to play guys!" It was so dang cute. I bet he's way happier about that than they are. It made me smile
