Summer Games opening ceremonies

We’ve gone down to the opening ceremonies for the last 5 or so years.  We used to just walk down to the end of the street and watch the fireworks and listen to the music when we lived in Cedar.  But since Josh is over security for the events at SUU we’ve started hanging out inside the gates.  It was way fun this year.  Ty was at Crystal’s house but David was playing soccer in the games so we had Jake with us too.  They had the Nitro circus there with lots of crazy stunts done by crazy young people who don’t care if they get hurt or not.  It makes for a good show!  All the boys loved the motorcycles and trucks.  They also had the big draft horses pulling a wagon and then the usual fireworks and music.  It was lots of fun because both Tracen and Lincoln loved the whole thing so it was fun to go.  Josh is busy the whole time so I usually get to do most of this by myself but the older boys are helpful and we hang out pretty close to the incident command trailer, so we get to see him a little bit and have lots of cops hanging around and Pat.  We love Pat, she is always fun.
